Community Photo Sessions Booking Process

451@Main was named one of the most beautiful buildings by the Utah Business Magazine in 2021. It is a unique and historical building that will give you an incredible opportunity to take photos.

We offer the building to rent for photoshoots at an hourly rate. Read on to learn about our booking process, pricing, and FAQs.

$55 for first hour/ 40 per additional hour

Saturday

8 am - 11 am, 4 pm - 8 pm

$70 for first hour/ 55 per additional hour

  1. Contact us and let us know that you are interested in renting our the building for a photoshoot. An informational email and an online form will be sent to you so that you can request a date and time. Please note that we need to have a 5 day notice. This will give us time to assign a person to open the doors and remain in the building during your photoshoot.
  2. We will send you a confirmation email within 2 days if the date requested is available.
  3. You will need to return the signed Liability Waver Form and make your payment through Venmo to reserve your spot. Your photoshoot will be reserved once the signed document is returned and the full payment is made. Please note that the full payment must be received to reserve your spot.
  4. You will be emailed a reminder 5 days before your reservation. Our cancellation policy is: your reservation can be cancelled 5 days prior to your appointment. If we get less than a 5-day notice, you will not receive a refund.
  5. Visit us during our normal office hours if you need to plan your shots before the photoshoot.

02Important Information

  • The building will be open 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Please do not move large pieces of furniture or desks. Feel free to move small chairs and/or small decorative items.
  • The décor of the building cannot be altered.
  • If you wish to use the two historical offices upstairs, please let your building escort know. These offices offer an intimate photo space that is perfect for brides, grooms, seniors, and individual shots.
  • If you need specialized photos, please bring extension cords and additional lighting. Due to the high ceilings some areas may cast shadows, so please plan accordingly. 
  • Please pick up any trash or materials before you leave the building
  • If you need to cancel, please contact shaena@decorworx.com via email.
  • We charge a nominal fee in order to compensate our team member for their time. 

 

We receive many inquiries to take photos in the building due to its unique characteristics not found anywhere in Southern Utah. If you do decide to use our building, we look forward to providing you with a remarkable space for your photoshoot.
